Hi there, wondering what happened here? Please read Final chapter in the switching and join my brand new RSS-feed!

Yes, I do know that today is the day. Today is the day that Firefox 3 becomes available to the public. But no, I haven’t wrote a single character about it. Why not? Try visiting spreadfirefox.com and you will know why. The site is down, at least not reachable to me.

Why should I send even more people to a site where they can get in line to download a browser for a record? If they want to set a nice record, they need to make sure they have the capacities to do that. Now the record is limited by the capacity of their servers and that’s a pity.

Other people already send you guys to the download and I certainly hope that they will set a nice world record. I’m sure Firefox 3 will be the next best browser, it takes a while to download it though! Perhaps I will set up a small mirror (tomorrow) just for you guys, if the download is still hard to get, first thing in the morning. Keep me posted if you like that!

And yes, I do know that I’m writing about Firefox 3 after all. Firefox 3 is a great browser, although it takes me some time to get used to the new address bar. I guess that was the purpose of this post, I just couldn’t resist writing a small note about it! ;)

No, I noticed. So I don’t have to put a mirror online! ;)
