Yes, you're right. Firefox is the best internet browser, for me too.
The plug-ins you are saying are plug-ins for a webdevelopper, like me very usefull. Thanks.

Nice article anyway! :D

My roommate wants to set up her own gmail account on the computer I have. But Gmail will not allow it. What am I doing wrong? It is an older computer with very old software - can that be the problem? It cannot accept new software. Can we get her an account on my computer or not? I know I can access my account at the library - so I assume computers can use more than one gmail. Thanks.

The permatab addon is not compatible with ff3. IN the comments to the page Coen is referring to, a link is mentioned to a forum where you can download a working version. This however is a patch made by a forum member and not an official update. It seems to work however

Nice article you made there!

For web-development are ColorZilla and MeasureIt also very good add-ons.

Because I use more then one computer (with firefox installed on it) I love the Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer.

Although I can see why you find the plug-ins useful, I don't see how they directly help you being 'more productive'. Some of the things save you time, but apart from that they don't make you work more efficiently. So in my opinion, the title of this post is slightly misleading (or our understanding of what productivity is just differs).

I'm not a FF user myself by the way, for personal use I stick to Opera, a quite underrated browser.
